United Youth Task Force operates under a comprehensive strategic framework designed to maximize our impact and ensure sustainable outcomes. Our approach is built on three core pillars:
Youth Empowerment through Skills Development
We focus on equipping young people with practical skills, leadership capabilities, and the confidence needed to drive change in their communities. Our programs combine training, mentorship, and real-world application.
Community Engagement and Participatory Approaches
We believe in co-creating solutions with communities. Our participatory methods ensure that local voices shape initiatives, creating ownership and sustainable impact.
Advocacy for Youth-Inclusive Policies
We work to amplify youth voices in policy-making processes, advocating for systemic changes that create opportunities and address the unique challenges young people face.
Strategic Goals 2023-2027
Expand Youth Leadership Capacity
Develop the leadership skills of 5,000 young people across Kosovo through targeted training programs, mentorship, and practical experience opportunities.
Strengthen Community Resilience
Implement 50 community-based projects that address local challenges and build social cohesion, with a focus on marginalized communities.
Advocate for Youth-Inclusive Policies
Develop and promote policy recommendations that ensure youth perspectives are integrated into decision-making processes at local and national levels.
Build Organizational Sustainability
Strengthen our organizational capacity, diversify funding sources, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.
